These terms and conditions are subject to modification without prior notice. The program is accessible while supplies last, and Renovation Certified reserves the right to terminate the program at its discretion. We will not be responsible if any portion of the program becomes unavailable for any reason, at any time.
To enroll in the program:
- You must be of legal age in your province or territory.
- You must be the rightful owner of a single detached, semi-detached, Condominium or townhouse.
- You must grant permission to a Renovation Certified representative to visit your property, within reasonable hours and with prior notice, for product installation.
- You agree to allow Renovation Certified to use your provided information to communicate with you regarding appointment reminders, our products, services, and marketing emails. You have the option to unsubscribe from this service at any time by contacting us.
You acknowledge and confirm that your participation in the program is solely based on your evaluation of the program and not on any reliance on anticipated or projected outcomes.
Please review these terms and conditions thoroughly. By utilizing this form, enrolling in the program, and clicking below to accept these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your consent to, and agree to adhere to and be bound by, these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. Furthermore, you affirm that you meet all the eligibility criteria outlined for the program.
In-Home Visit And Product(s) Installation
You grant permission for a representative of Renovation Certified to access your property during reasonable hours, provided prior notice and consent are obtained from you. Installation and setup of the product(s) require the availability of a Wi-Fi network, Wi-Fi network password, a nearby electrical socket, and a compatible mobile device during the in-home visit.
Force Majeure
Renovation Certified will not be held liable for delays or failure to install the product(s) or fulfill any obligations outlined herein due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes events not specifically provided for in this agreement. However, Renovation Certified will promptly notify you in the event of any installation delays on your scheduled installation date.
Privacy
Renovation Certified is dedicated to safeguarding personal information as mandated by relevant privacy laws. You have the option to access or acquire a copy of Renovation Certified’s privacy policy, which outlines how information may be collected, utilized, and disclosed.
You recognize and agree that separate terms and conditions, as well as privacy policies, pertaining to the operation of your product(s) post-installation will be necessary. This includes registering for the Nest mobile application on any device(s) connected to the Product(s).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renovation Certified, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, service providers, agents, and representatives (referred to as the “Indemnitees”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations, and damages, including reasonable legal fees. This includes claims related to the in-home visit, installation, and use of the product(s), whether or not such use is in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Additionally, you release the Indemnitees from any such claims to the extent permitted by applicable law. This indemnification obligation will remain in effect even after the termination of these terms and conditions and the program.
Governing Law
Unless the laws of the province or territory in which you reside dictate otherwise, these terms and conditions, as well as the program provided herein, shall be governed by applicable laws.
